To support the needs of medic Serhiy, one of the characters in the film 20 Days in Mariupol, we purchased first-aid medical simulators to practice lifesaving skills in the frontline conditions and professional digital two-way radios with extra batteries. Communication equipment and training for combat medics, who have a few minutes to make decisions to provide medical care in the case of critical injuries, are crucial!The funds were raised through charity screenings organized by YOUkraine and with the help of the Austrian Psychotherapists’ Initiative, Constantin Schwab, the Bard College community led by Mila Rybtsova and Olenka Tsygankova and visitors of the exhibition “Unissued Diplomas” in New York, and writer Kateryna Maikovska. The total amount of the request is 9320 euros. We sincerely thank everyone who contributed! We are glad that we managed to close this collection together!
